Directors
Give thanks to God for our first meeting of the new board, there was a real sense of unity of spirit and purpose.
West Pilton
Give thanks for the dedicated team of staff and volunteers at the Centre.
Pray for B a volunteer who is spending time with us and is due to return home in April, pray that her time with us would be fruitful and that she might carry a message of a loving and saving God back to her family.
Pray also for L who is meeting with an Advocate at the centre on Thursday to talk about her fears of losing her son to her ex partner.
Pray for ongoing home visits and prayer ministry and for a couple to run the drop-in facility in the flat downstairs.
Addiction Ministry
Please give thanks to the Lord for all the opportunities Billy is getting to witness to people and share the gospel.
Give thanks for the links we are making with the churches in Leith as we work together in this glorious calling.
Please pray that He will set the captives free and bind up the brokenhearted as we minister to those in need.
Cultural
Pray for Paul as he continues his research and writing up of articles for the Christian Heritage centre and for the website.
He also continues to pray for opportunities to reach out to the folks that he meets up with at the Underbelly.
Remember in prayer the Eternity Concert to be held in St Columba’s Free Church on 24th March for all the planning and preparation needed to make this a successful outreach where the Gospel will be heard.
Pray also for the work among the Students at the University.
Basics Bank
Pray for every client, everyone who donates food, time and gifting to make Basics Bank a friendly, non-threatening atmosphere where individuals, parents and children can find the kind of help they need, whether that be a listening ear or a couple of bags of food and hygiene items.
Pray that every client of Basics Bank will know the love and words of Jesus.

Pary for “D” as they prepare for an operation
Pray for “R” as they face the challenge of a new tenancy
Pray for “A” as they deal with death of a close relative
Pray for all the clients who feel caught in an uncaring faceless system which leaves them feeling that they have no respect or worth
Workplace
Give thanks that John is back with us and able to drive again.
Forth Ports: Pray that New Testament and scripture material put on a Norwegian coastguard ship “Bergen” will be read by the crew.
Royal Mail: Manager S will have relief from acute stress and sleep disorder problem.
Lothian Buses: Pray that stress related issues will be resolved in some drivers. Driver B’s Gran (Aged 86) will receive complete healing from recent hip replacement operation and some measure of health recovery from cancer.
Please also pray for healing for John’s wife Miriam with her health issues.
