If you have given us authority we hold the following information about you on our e-tapestry database: Name, Address, Email, Church connection if any, any gifts or donations (including Gift Aid information) and any other information volunteered by you.
We collect this information in order to send you relevant updates of our ongoing work through our Prayer Letters, Newsletters, invites to upcoming events and to process financial transactions and donations.
We will only share relevant information with trusted 3rd parties where necessary e.g. Sharing with a postal delivery service to post newsletters. We will not share your information for marketing purposes.
Who has access to your information?
Information we hold is only available to the necessary and relevant members of our staff team.
How do we take payment?
No payment information is held on servers.
Information is stored on eTapestry, this software is GDPR compliant.
Justgiving and Stewardship operate on their own and just deposit the money to us. We do not hold account information.
We keep addresses for Gift Aid and submit them to the HMRC monthly.
